    The Amber AT6850 is a high-performance professional testing device specifically designed for industrial automation insulation detection scenarios. It balances detection accuracy, operational efficiency, and safety, meeting diverse needs from component batch quality inspection to complete equipment insulation performance testing. It serves as a reliable testing solution in electrical production and power maintenance fields.

    The equipment adopts an industry-leading three-channel independent design, allocating the three core processes—pre-charging, pressure holding, and testing—to separate channels for synchronized operation without interference. This eliminates the need for repeated disassembly, reassembly, and wiring adjustments throughout the process, achieving over a 60% improvement in testing efficiency compared to traditional single-channel devices. It perfectly aligns with the batch testing rhythm of automated production lines. With ample core power reserves, it supports an output voltage of 1000V and an output current of 2A, achieving a rated power of 2000W for the entire unit. Even when facing large capacitive test objects or complex working conditions with continuous operation, it maintains stable and accurate measurement data, preventing measurement deviations caused by insufficient power.

    The operation design balances intelligence and convenience: it supports one-touch testing initiation, paired with a full-HD Chinese display screen for clear and intuitive data visualization. It also supports an open-circuit zeroing function, allowing users to perform debugging and calibration independently to eliminate wiring errors without requiring on-site services from professional engineers.

    Safety and Automation Configuration Enhancements: Built-in active discharge function automatically releases residual charge after testing, eliminating the need for external discharge equipment, simplifying the process while mitigating safety risks. Equipped with dual protection against overvoltage (OVP) and overcurrent (OCP), it quickly cuts off output in abnormal conditions to ensure equipment and operator safety. Featuring automatic NG/GD sorting functionality, it can autonomously determine pass/fail status, meeting automated production requirements. Standard RS232 interface is included, with optional Handler interface support for seamless integration with various automated testing systems, offering strong compatibility and scalability. Currently widely applied in multiple fields including new energy vehicles, power equipment, photovoltaic energy storage, and electrical component manufacturing.
