OVERVIEW
    AT6832 is a leakage current detection instrument specially designed for capacitance sorters, and it is controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. With pre-charged power supply and independent test power supply, six-range test, leakage current measurement range can reach 0.1nA~20mA, and the maximum display digits are 9999. The test speed can reach 55 times per second, and the ultra-high-speed test provides the best solution for automated production.

    The device has a sorting function, sorting alarm setting, and optional Handler interface, which can be used in automatic sorting systems to complete automatic assembly line testing. And can be equipped with RS-232 interface for process control and data acquisition without analysis.

    The computer process control instructions are compatible with SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instrument can be programmed to control the standard command set), efficiently complete the process control and data acquisition functions.

    The unique dual power supply design of AT6832 is especially suitable for the automated test of capacitors. Computer remote control instructions are compatible with SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instrument), which can efficiently complete remote control and data acquisition functions.
