The ATS1010 10-channel high-voltage scanning box features a highly compact 1U rack-mount design, effectively minimizing space requirements in test environments or equipment racks.‌

    For testing scenarios involving dense or complex test points, the ATS1010 multi-channel high-voltage scanning box overcomes hardware limitations on channel count, enabling expanded multi-channel testing. This solution addresses the challenge of single-channel instruments or systems with insufficient channels, which often struggle to perform multi-point testing efficiently.‌

    The ATS1010 supports multi-unit cascading, allowing up to 99 devices to be connected in series to further expand testing capacity.
