OVERVIEW

The AT680 Leakage Current/IR Meter provides DC 1~ 650 V voltage source. Mainly used for electrolytic capacitor leakage current testing, and aluminum-foil withstand voltage testing. And also can be used for active voltage checking or leakage current testing of absorber, Zener diode, and Neon lamp etc. RS232C interface and Handler interface, optional USB interface, high speed (55/second) and stable measurement capabilities enable the AT680 can be used for both component evaluation on the production line and fundamental leakage current testing for benchtop applications.

High brightness, ultra-clear four-color VFD display, multiple parameters are displayed at the same time.
The charging test is automatically switched.

Comparator output: the sorting result can be output through RS232C or Handler interface.
Beep: beep switch.
Adjustable beep and display: Users can set the GD/NG beep and trigger mode according to their needs: internal trigger, manual trigger, external trigger and remote trigger.

Optional foot switch.
